Purchase Options

One-Time Purchases:
- Buy any of our products as a single purchase.

Subscriptions (Coming Soon):
- Convenient recurring deliveries for preserved or dried roses.
- Manage or modify your subscription through your account.
Order Modifications or Cancellations

For Fresh Roses:
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh roses, cancellations or modifications must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, we are unable to cancel or alter the order.

For Preserved and Dried Roses:
- Cancellations or modifications can be made up until the order has been shipped.
Refunds and Returns
- Refunds are only available for orders that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please email support@tikablooms.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Subscription Policy (if applicable)
- Subscribers can pause, modify, or cancel their subscription any time before the next billing cycle.
