Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

At T’ika Blooms, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with flexible purchase options and clear cancellation policies.

Purchase Options

  1. One-Time Purchases:

    • Buy any of our products as a single purchase.
  2. Subscriptions (Coming Soon):

    • Convenient recurring deliveries for preserved or dried roses.
    • Manage or modify your subscription through your account.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • For Fresh Roses:

    • Due to the perishable nature of fresh roses, cancellations or modifications must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • After this period, we are unable to cancel or alter the order.
  • For Preserved and Dried Roses:

    • Cancellations or modifications can be made up until the order has been shipped.

Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds are only available for orders that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please email support@tikablooms.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Subscription Policy (if applicable)

  • Subscribers can pause, modify, or cancel their subscription any time before the next billing cycle.
